1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, funding a wallet, or otherwise using WorldStaffingpro Hire, onboard, and pay full-time employees and contractors in 180+ countries without setting up a local entity. Employer of Record, global payroll, benefits, and compliance in one platform. (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Our services
We provide a technology platform that helps companies employ or engage workers globally through: (a) Employer-of-Record ("EOR") services via local entities in each supported country; (b) contractor management and invoicing; (c) global payroll processing and payouts; (d) HR administration tools (onboarding, documents, benefits, performance reviews); and (e) related integrations.
Where we act as EOR, we (or a local partner entity) become the legal employer of a worker on your behalf and take on the associated employment obligations.
3. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, and complete our KYC checks before you can hire workers or move money through the Platform. We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification, breach these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Fees and billing
- EOR fee — a monthly per-worker fee, quoted in your onboarding contract.
- Contractor fee — a per-payout or per-invoice fee.
- Payment gateway fees — passed through at cost when using card top-ups.
- FX margin — a small margin on currency conversion, disclosed at time of payout.
Fees are billed against your wallet balance. If the wallet has insufficient funds, we may pause payroll runs until it is topped up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Payroll wallet and funding
You fund a payroll wallet by card, bank wire, or supported payment gateway. Funds in the wallet are held in a segregated account by us or our licensed payment partner solely for the purpose of paying your workers and our fees. Wallet balances do not earn interest and are not deposits.
6. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information about workers, roles, and compensation.
- Comply with local employment law in the countries you hire in — including working hours, holidays, and non-discrimination rules.
- Not use the Platform to hire in sanctioned jurisdictions or engage in illegal activity.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication.
- Fund your wallet in time for each payroll run.
7. Workers on the Platform
Workers hired via EOR are legally employed by us or our local partner. You may direct their day-to-day work; we handle payroll, taxes, statutory benefits, and termination formalities per local law. Termination decisions must be reviewed with us to ensure legal compliance.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including software, design, and documentation, is our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of the data you upload (worker records, contracts, payroll data). We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the service.
Work product created by workers you hire through us belongs to you as their client, subject to any provisions we include in their employment agreements to ensure IP assignment enforceability under local law.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Platform "as is". While we work hard on uptime, security, and compliance, we do not warrant the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. 12. Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice, subject to notice requirements under local employment law for workers we've hired on your behalf. On termination, we'll help you offboard workers lawfully and export your data.
13. Governing law
